Siding, soffit and fascia replacement for Holiday and North Pinellas homes.
Not every Florida home is block and stucco. Frame homes, additions, second stories, gables and older Holiday homes with wood or panel siding all fight the same enemies: humidity, termites, rot and wind. We replace it with materials made for this climate.

Where we see siding in Pasco County
Around Holiday, New Port Richey and Tarpon Springs, siding shows up on frame-built homes, room additions and Florida rooms, second-story additions on block homes, gable ends, garages and older homes with wood lap or plywood panel siding. On many of those homes the original wood has soaked up years of humidity and is soft along the bottom edges, around windows and wherever the sprinklers hit it.
Wood siding in Florida also feeds termites. Once they’re in the siding and the framing behind it, patching the surface doesn’t solve anything. Replacing the damaged wood and switching to a material termites can’t eat does.

Materials that make sense in Florida
- Fiber cement. Won’t rot, won’t feed termites, and holds paint well in strong sun. Our first recommendation for most homes and additions.
- Vinyl siding. An economical option where it’s allowed, installed with the fastening the Florida Building Code requires for our wind zone.
- Aluminum and vinyl soffit. Vented to keep the attic breathing and hold up to humidity and salt air.
- Aluminum-wrapped fascia. Covers solid new fascia boards so they never need paint, and gives gutters a solid edge to hang from.

Signs it’s time to replace
- Soft, swollen or rotted wood siding or trim
- Termite damage or mud tubes on the walls
- Soffit panels loose, sagging or missing
- Fascia peeling, cracked or rotted
- Paint that won’t stay on wood siding
- Siding loose or missing after a storm
Soffit and fascia after a storm
Soffit is one of the first things the wind pulls loose in a tropical storm, and an open soffit lets rain into the attic. Fascia that’s already soft lets go easily too. After the 2024 storms we repaired a lot of eaves across Pasco and North Pinellas. If your soffit, fascia or siding was damaged in a storm, we document it along with the roof and gutters so the whole edge of the house is in your claim.

FAQ
Questions Pasco County homeowners ask
What’s the best siding for a Florida home?
For most homes and additions, fiber cement. It won’t rot, termites won’t eat it, and it handles sun and humidity well. Vinyl is a lower-cost alternative when installed to Florida wind requirements.
Do you replace rotted framing behind the siding?
Yes. Once the old siding is off, we replace any rotted sheathing or framing before the new siding goes on, and show you photos of what we found.
Can you replace just the soffit and fascia?
Yes. Soffit and fascia replacement is often done on its own, or together with new gutters or a new roof so the whole roof edge is finished at once.
Do you help with storm damage claims?
Yes. We photograph and measure the damage to the siding, soffit, fascia, gutters and roof together and can meet your adjuster at the house.
